Process of Multiple Floors Steel Structure Warehouse

We have professional welding team who are well educated and have welding certificates, most important is that most of them have many years working experiences.

All steel frames are customized in our workshop, and the process is: use flame cutting to cut the raw materials into sizes we need; assemble the steel plates into H profile; use arc welding to full weld the H profile section, make sure the strength of the steel profiles; adjust the welded steel sections, make all of them are straignt and in well shape; spot welding to assemble the connections; shotblashing to erase the rust; painting or hot dip galvanization to protect the steel frames get rusty again.
