For the big companies, they need usually customization for their projects, cause normally they will have their own standards. For example, when we are providing to AMMAN, they asked all our buildings should be in color RAL6000 which is green that we never have before; they asked for 180um painting for all steel and for all section sides; they asked for 350um painting for all outdoor structures which is extremely difficult to achieve; they asked all staircase and walkway system to follow their designs which increased more than 50% steel usage…
For the private projects, usually they will start from an idea, so we have to communicate for a long time and well understand their requirements, then we have to proposal and revise…this will be a long journey but when the ideas come true, the requirements become to be a real building…feel fantastic.
If the client is a developer, it will be a long-time relationship and have to provide continuously very good services for him. For example, we are cooperating with PNG Concrete for a long time and have built 12 warehouses together in Six Miles, POM. All projects are similar but every warehouse is unique, we have to be very much sophisticated and patient.
If the client is a project owner, it will be very much satisfactory specially when you help him start from zero to 100% fulfill. The experience to help the owner finish his lifetime investment is amazing.
