In Year 2011 we are the first batch to use FrameCAD machine and software to start the light gauge steel house business, and was the first one in China who can provide 70mm, 89mm and 140mm light gauge steel sections;
We created a unique flatpack container house system: the PU injected foaming container roof is patented; all frames assembling and welding are in the special jigs to make sure the correction of the dimensions and angles; all steel sections are customized cold rolled; all steel is galvanized…

BIM system from design to the shop drawings and till the installation instructions. Our design and research activity apply BIM system and Autodesk Revit software. Based on relevant information and requirements of the project, we establish building model to simulate the real information about the building through digital information simulation. what’s more, we can easily present details and 3D renderings of our company’s products to all clients. This helps us to make less and less mistakes during the production, also very helpful for the communication among the sales team, architecture team, engineer team and production team.
ERP management system start from the design till the packing and loading for every project no matter big or small we have got. Above advanced tech. and machineries require a good management system to well organize them so that the whole system can runs well. The ERP management system makes them “One plus one is greater than two”;

Ability to combine all different solutions. Steel structure, light gauge steel and container house are basic three solutions, we have also sandwich panel system, Double-C system, Prefab-X system, Light weight concrete system…we can combine them to achieve our client’s targets. This is also a powerful advantage which most of our competitors don’t have. So, our designs will be more flexible and our production lines can also cooperate with each other to customize for a special project for example: our steel structure production line can provide H profile as main steel frame; our light gauge steel frame can be used as wall and roof frame; our container house can be fitted into the frame space…
A professional QC team is super important for a top manufacture. We have a 5 people QC team; they will inspect on-site daily for all products or projects on line. They have enough power to stop any production or ask for a revision at any time, but of course they will have enough reasons to do so and all QC files will be kept for at least three years in factory.
