How we do customization for all projects:
First of all is to communicate with our clients and well understand their demands and requirements. Steve Jobs said: customers don’t know what they want. Yes but no. customers know what they want or knows what they don’t want, but don’t know them all, nor they know how to achieve them, especially with a limited budgetary. This is what exactly we can help them.
Secondly, we need to propose. We have to transfer client’s requirements and our professional suggestions into a set of architecture drawing and let our client understand our concept very well. It’s a complicated team work between commercial team and architecture team, we need our commercial team to listen carefully, discuss and think deeply with our architecture team, then, we need our architecture team to explain our solutions well by the drawings.
The most important thing is to have very mature basic solutions which should be also flexible to support the customization. Our steel structure system, light gauge steel house system and container house system can cover most of the building types and to meet all customer needs. They give us a very firm and broad platform to work on. Our professional architecture team develops all kinds of other solutions for many years, which gives us also more possibilities to customize for our clients.
A powerful purchasing team is equally important for customization. Our purchasing team provides us also a lot of solutions which can make the innovations from our architecture team to be true. Without them, our customization will be only a concept or a drawing.
Successful project example:
Polyfit workshop and office building project will be a perfect example.
Owner wants to build his own workshop and office building in Perth, he has many second-hand shipping containers in his property, he wants to use them. So, we need to combine steel structure warehouse system, light gauge steel house system with the second-hand shipping container houses.
We used our customized H profile steel structure as the main frame of the two buildings, use the second-hand shipping containers to be as office and storage rooms, but to amend and decorate them by using light gauge steel wall system. Here are the designs:

Workshop building under construction, just finished erection of the main steel structures. We provided also two 5 tons overhead cranes for this workshop.
