Architecture design
Architecture designs, specifically the design drawings are our language, so that our clients can understand we can we do and how can we do for them.
We have more than 30 architecture designers and structural engineers, they are working for our clients’ customized projects, give them professional suggestion, using their knowledge to help our clients make their dream house become true while help them saving their cost.
Budgetary and cost control
After the design is confirmed, we will quote for the project. Cause all our steel profile are custom made, so normally we can save around 15-20% steel usage for a steel structure warehouse project.
For the container house project, our standard flatpack system can save the installation time so the on-site cost will be lower. Plus, the life-time of our flatpack system will be much longer, the maintenance cost will be half compared to our competitors, the overall project cost will be 10% less not to say our system are more safety.
Prefabrication and customization
Our prefabrication covers almost full range of the steel prefab house industry, can provide any kinds of steel structure prefab house, this also one of the bases for our one-stop solution.
For example, if you want to build a warehouse with an office area inside, we can combine the steel structure warehouse system with our container house system, or we can use the light gauge steel system to make the office area which will be a more luxury solution than container house system. In this way the client doesn’t need to get the steel structure warehouse from A provider but to get the office from B provider.
What’s more, we can also include all building materials and other facilities for the project such as: flooring, crane, sanitary, furniture, solar power system…
Packing and delivery
Please refer to “Transport Packaging” section, we provide very tidy packages, all materials are sorted out very well, to make sure no mistake and easy for installation.
Our packages are also convenient for transport and download. The steel pallets we are using are strong enough to be lift or to be carry.
Installation guidance
We provide not only the installation instructions, but can also support the installation on-line 7*24h.

We will have a 100% real 3D model in our system, which includes every steel member, every connection parts, every screw or bolt and nuts, every door and window, every electrical part and every plumbing…we have all information about them including the dimensions, materials, brands, treatments, lifetime…so when it’s time we can have very clear advice how to maintenance or replace them.
