Life-time maintenance services
Thanks to the BIM system, we can also provide life-time maintenance services for your building. We will have a 100% real 3D model in our system, which includes every steel member, every connection parts, every screw or bolt and nuts, every door and window, every electrical part and every plumbing…we have all information about them including the dimensions, materials, brands, treatments, lifetime…so when it’s time we can have very clear advice how to maintenance or replace them.
Free structural calculation
We can provide structural calculation for free, so our client can get approval from local authority easily. For light gauge steel frame system, we are using FrameCAD system which is from NZ and it’s one of the best systems in all over the world, we can easily put all requirements into this software and choose the standard we need, then it can output all the solutions and structural calculations automatically.
For steel structure warehouse project, we are using 3D3S to provide the report which can be also acceptable for most markets.
For container house, we have standard designs and the calculation shows that we have one of the best solutions for this kind of building.
On-line installation guidance
We provide not only the installation instructions, but can also support the installation on-line 7*24h.
