Quick Assemble Steel Structure Workshop is made by custom made H profile steel frames; The steel profiles are designed based on the loading calculation; Custom made profiles can save the steel usage and save project cost; All connections are well prefabricated in our workshop and ready to joint; We provide also envelopment system such as wall and roof panel, insulation, doors and window.

Process of Quick Assemble Steel Structure Workshop
We have professional welding team who are well educated and have welding certificates, most important is that most of them have many years working experiences.
All steel frames are customized in our workshop, and the process is: use flame cutting to cut the raw materials into sizes we need; assemble the steel plates into H profile; use arc welding to full weld the H profile section, make sure the strength of the steel profiles; adjust the welded steel sections, make all of them are straignt and in well shape; spot welding to assemble the connections; shotblashing to erase the rust; painting or hot dip galvanization to protect the steel frames get rusty again.
