Frame: Q355 steel structure is galvanized and completing welded together, with hot galvanized zinc 100g/m^{2  plus}  electrostatic powder coating in 100um. Q355 Steel is better than Q235, plus the galvanization treatment with powder spraying, it would keep the frame in high anti-corrosion.

Roof: Our flatpack container roof is patented, we inject PU foaming (45kg/m3 which meets standard of PIR) with high integrity for the air tightness and would be better than common EPS sandwich panel or glass wool as roof insulation.

Panel: For the sandwich panels, we remark every panel so it can be easy find during the installations. the treatment of the steel sheets on both sides is Aluminum zinc magnesium AMZ galvanized 100g/m² with PE baking finish 20/5um. which can last more than 25 years.

 

Packing and Loading of Affordable Flat Pack Container Homes

We have two methods for packing: flat packing or SOC packing. We will pack the container roof and base together, and use steel rack to pack and protect the sandwich wall panels and other accessories. Or we will use the container roof and base to make a self-owned-container box, put all sandwich wall panels and other components into the box, so one unit is a box, very easy to sort out the materials onsite and no items will be missed.
