Product Introduction
Two Floor Flat Pack Container Homes are built by standard 20ft flatpack units, we can connect them for larger space requirement and stack them to save land.
Single unit of flatpack container house is composed by container roof, container base, corner posts and sandwich wall panels. all materials are recyclable so the whole project is eco-friendly. all components are light can be handled manually, that's why it's perfect for projects in remote areas.
When install a two floor flat pack container home project, we can finish the assembling of all single units then lift them to be connected, refer to above MTI accommodation project; or we can connect all frames first then install the wall panel.

Production
We have full production line using the most advanced machines such as: automatical cutting, bending, punching, robot welding, automatical spary painting line, PU injecting platform, sandwich panel production line...our capacity is 3000 units per month for flatpack container house.
The materials for Two Floor Flat Pack Container Homes are: Q355 galvanized steel cold rolled for main frames; steel sheet for the sandwich wall panel is aluminum zinc galvanized-AZ50g/sqm plus PE coating in 15/5um, good materials can guarantee the lifetime of the building reaches to 15~20 years.
