Our 40FT Flat Pack Container House are made of Q355 galvanized steel structure and EPS sandwich wall panel, the roof insulation is injected PU. we pre-installed the electrical and plumbing system into the container roof and container house, finished the door and window installation in the wall panel, so that it will only takes eight hours by two workers to assemble, no need any civil work.

Packing and loading

We have tow ways of packing for the 40FT Flat Pack Container House:

1-Flat packing: pack the container roof and container base together, use steel pallet to pack the wall panels and other components, all packages are durable so we can push them into the shipping container. 

2-SOC packing: use the container roof and base to make a SOC box, put all wall panels, posts and other components inside the box, one unit is a SOC box, in this way, no need to sort out materials on site, and the SOC box can be put outside and stacked, can keep for a long time before open to assemble. will not get damaged or any part get lost. this will also save storage cost.
