Our facility boasts a monthly production capacity of approximately 1,200 tons of custom-fabricated steel, with every single component tailor-made to meet the unique requirements of projects spanning across continents.


This presentation will guide you through the entire production journey in our 40,000-square-meter workshop, starting from the raw material area where steel plates of varying thicknesses are stored-each awaiting precision cutting into specified shapes according to engineering drawings. These cutting processes are fully automated, utilizing advanced CNC machining centers and high-power laser cutting technologies to ensure exceptional accuracy. The workflow then proceeds to key stages including assembly (where cut steel pieces are formed into custom H-beams, I-sections, and other structural components), robotic welding, dimensional adjustment, shot blasting for surface treatment, ultrasonic cleaning, anti-corrosion painting, and finally, export-standard packaging.


Every production step adheres rigorously to international quality standards and industry-specific regulations. We implement strict quality control (QC) procedures after each process, employing professional inspectors and precision measuring tools to guarantee that all steel structures perfectly match the design parameters set in our Tekla Structures and BIM modeling systems.
