All windows or doors are well prefabricated in our factory, all wall panels are in the same dimension so you have the flexibility to re-schedule the positions for door and window.

Frame system

CBC 20FT Flat Pack Container House use Q345 galvinazed steel for the main frames. both roof and chaiss frames are full welded in a operating platform to make all members are in the correct position.

The electrial conduits are presetted into the roof frame cause we will inject PU foam into the roof and make it to be an integrated whole piece. this roof are patented and we are the only one to provide it with perfect tightness and strengh.

 

We use well galvanized high strength steel plate in 6mm thickness to make the container corner parts, all specifications following ISO standards so we can use them to lift and move the container house after well installed.

The thickness of the four posts are in 2.3~3mm depending on the detailed loading requirements. if we are going to build in mutiple floors, we'd better to use thicker posts cause they will bearing the loadings.

 

Full specifications of the 20FT Flat Pack Container House

1) Steel beams and columns: thickness from 2.3~4mm, 

treatment: galvanized and coated two layers anti-corrosive paint;

2) Wall panel: thickness options 50mm, 75mm or 100mm;

Insulation options are EPS, PU and Rockwool;

3) Roof system: PU injected integrated roof with electrical system embedded,

Ceiling: color steel plate;

4) Floor: Fiber cement board in 18mm and PVC flooring, all finished in factory;

5) Window: sizes are 800*1100mm for living room and 800*400mm for bathroom, in PVC or Alu.. fames;

6) Door: size is 900*2050mm steel security door, inner door will be alu. folding door or sandwich panel door.

 

 

We have the highest quality standard for the 20FT Flat Pack Container House from the design to materials and production till installation:

Design: we chose PU injection for the roof insulation system, which has much better performance in tightness, strength and insulation. this system is patented in China. what's more, our container home is designed for 1KN/sqm roof live load and 2.5KN/sqm floor load, wind resistance can reach to 210km/H;

Materials: we use Q355 galvanized steel cold rolled for the main frame, all frames are full welded together then well-polished and painted in our automatically painting platform, which will be much better than by manual. the steel sheets on both side of the sandwich wall panels are with aluminum zinc galvanized-AZ50g/sqm plus PE coating in 15/5um treatments, lifetime can reach to 15~20 years.

Production: most of the cutting, drilling, welding and painting are by machines or auto-arms, much better in accuracy and more guarantee for the quality;

Installation: we have SOC packing which will be much easier for materials sort out onsite, less problem for installation and also time saving. we have very detail installation instructions and videos to guide the onsite work, make sure every project can be handled over perfectly.

 

 

Packing and transportation

We have two methods for packing the 20FT Flat Pack Container House: flat packing or SOC packing. 

We will pack the container roof and base together, and use steel rack to pack and protect the sandwich wall panels and other accessories. Or we will use the container roof and base to make a self-owned-container box, put all sandwich wall panels and other components into the box, so one unit is a box, very easy to sort out the materials onsite and no items will be missed.

Construction site office or accommodation camp: fast installation and can be easily relocated after the project finished, very convenient for construction companies and can also save a lot of cost.

Mining site office or accommodation camp: easy to handle in the remote mining areas, lifetime can reach to 15~20 years. because other than the galvanized steel frames, the steel sheet for the sandwich wall panel is aluminum zinc galvanized-AZ50g/sqm plus PE coating in 15/5um.
