The container house adopts the steel structure frame design, with prefect stability, the wind resistance capacity can be more than 210km / h, and the Seismic resistance capacity can be more than 8 Grade. This container house is consisting of chassis, housetop, and wall system

The wall system is made of sandwich panel, the core material for this is kind of sandwich panel have EPS/Mineral wool/PU, etc., the thickness is from 50mm to 100mm., the steel sheet is made from colored steel (the Pattern can be optional). The roof and floor are prefabricated at our factory, is made the installment easier. The roof is adopting the overall design, it has enhanced the air tightness, and water-resistance.

This kind of container house is made according to the size of shipping container (6058*2438*2591, it can be composed of 1-3 floors of multi-housing in the horizontal and vertical space. The Stairs, doors, windows, partition position and dimensions can be diversification, meeting the more requirements of customer, and the interior decoration can be produced according to customer demands. This product can be packaged collapsible, and one 40FT HQ containers can be loaded 7 sets at one-time

Advantages

Heavy Load: live load of the container base is 2.0kN/m2, live load of the container roof is 1.0kN/m2, overall wind resistance 1.0kN/m2

Strong Material: All frame profiles are made of Q345B low-alloy carbon structural steel, cold-formed, high structural strength, light weight and economical price. All profiles of the frame are made of 275g/sqm hot-dip galvanizing. After the welding, polishing and painting, The anti-corrosion performance is super, the service life is >20 years, and the maintenance will not be needed under normal conditions for 10 years.

Accurate Connection: Both the container top frame and the bottom frame are full welded together. Only the columns need to be installed at the site. The connection rigidity is high and the strength is high, the installation is simple and quick, the construction time is reduced, and the diagonal size during installation and transportation is also protected from external forces.

Fast Installation: The container house structure has been industrially designed and the factory and has been prefabricated to make the installation easier and faster because of strickly controlling of the quality. Normally, ordinary operators can get started after 1-2 days of training. The assembly of the frame (frame only) can be completed in one hour by two workers. and will takes normally 8 working hours to finish install one unit of our flatpack container house

Installation

Install the down pipes, we have built-in gutter in the roof beams, need to connect them for the water fall.

Use our unique divice to fix the wall panels, doors and windows are already embedded into the wall panel. also we need to connect the electrical system from the main line(goes through the roof pipe lines) to the electrical equipments. all conduits and wires are pre-installed in factory, only need to joint them onsite.
