Production

 

We use Q355 steel for the main frame, all galvanized and well painted so the lifetime of our Light weight Flat Pack Container House can be 15~20 years.

All steel sections we custom made by ourself, we have advanced cutting machine, punching machine, bending machine, robot welding, automatically spary painting system, PU foaming machine, sandwich panel produce machine...

Packing and Loading

We have two ways of packing for the Light weight Flat Pack Container House:

1-flat packing: pack the container roof and container base together, and use steel pallets to pack the wall panels and other components. all packages well protected and pushed into shipping container;

 

2-SOC packing: use the container roof and container base to make a SOC box, put all wall panels and other components inside the SOC box, so one SOC box is one unit of container house, connect two SOC boxes together as one package.

The SOC boxes can be used as self-containing storage if there's any delay of the project. they can be stacked onsite for long time, can save lots of storage cost, transportation cost and can also make sure no part will miss. it's also very convenient to sort out materials after long time storage, cause materials for one unit of container house are inside the same SOC box, so mess up at all.
