2) The reserved welding shrinkage of each weld is determined by the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation test, which is tracked and measured in the production process and corrected in time.

3) Strictly control the production processes such as part blanking, groove processing and overall assembly of rods, and take reasonable welding methods, optimize welding sequence, weld on special tire shape and other measures to control welding deformation.
