Light gauge steel house is a kind of house built by G550 light weight steel frames. G550 steel is a high strength galvanized steel, lifetime is more than 70 years. we use FrameCAD system to design and cold roll it into C sections in 70/89/140mm width, so the strength will be more higher.

We put fiber glass into the spaces in the steel frame for insulation, so the sound proof and heat insulation will be around 30% better than concrete or brick walls.

We put plaster board for internal wall decoration and for external walls, we have different options such as fiber cement planks, PU sandwich panels, ALC panels, ACP panels...

We will have special designs for the door and window frames, also preserve the holes for electrical conduits and water pipes so they can be embedded well during the installation.

We can provide the whole package including the floor system for mutiple floor building projects, also the roof system with good insulation and heavy loading ability.

Easy to install----all the fixed holes and pipe holes are prepuce, 2-3 workers can finish the installation. (Save 70% labor cost, shorten 10% construction period, fasten 30% the construction process)

 

Fire and insect resistance-----All the keels are galvanized, no need to use pesticide, preservative or glue. The wall system is filled with mineral wool and the steel frame system is fireproof.

 

Prefabricated------our factory will first manufacture all the keels, then prefabricate the walls and then pack them.

 

Heat insulation------the steel wall system is not affected by the temperature or humidity so that the more heat and air conditioner energy remained in the house, thus more energy will be saved. (100 mm in thickness can match 1 m thickness of brick wall, 2-5 time better than traditional structure)
