1.1 General Technical Condition

1)The structure can prevent the 8-magnitude earthquake.
2) The design of seismic grouping is the first group, the site characteristic cycle is considered 0.45s, the construction site category is considered by Class III, and the damping ratio of steel structure is 0.05. The maximum αmax of the horizontal earthquake influence coefficient is 0.04, which is calculated by 5 years.
3) Structural safety level is grade 2. The coefficient of importance is 1.0.
4) Conner fitting elevation plus or minus zero.

1.2 Materials

Normally, steel beams, steel columns, purlin are all used Q235B cold bending galvanized light steel.

Q: How long is your delivery time for Iso Standard 20FT Flat Pack Container House?

A: Will be normally 30 days according to different order Qty and requests. This has included free architectural drawings, shop drawings, installation instructions.

We have a five people QC team inspecting production daily, they will follow the shop drawings strictly and check every part/project at the beginning, in the middle and for finished products.

Q: How can I get a quotation for my project?
A: We can offer detailed quotations according to your drawing. If you have no drawing, our designer can offer you some designs based on your detailed requirements. Quotations will be provided after the confirmation of the designs.

A. Yes, both electricity and water system are installed in factory, you just need to connect water supply locally, the connector is in the back of the house. All the wires are hidden inside walls.

Q. Can you provide me DWG format drawings? I want to make some changes.

A. If you want to make some changes in drawings, you could tell us the details, and we can do you a favor.

Q: Do you have any certification? Does your product meet our country's standard?

A. Yes, we can provide ISO certifications, test reports, SGS certificates as your support documents. You can kindly tell us about your country's standards, and we can try our best to meet your standards.

Q: If we order more than our capacity, then how to arrange delivery?

A. We produce according to the order, but we'll spare every effort to delivery without sacrificing the quality as soon as possible.

Q: Which color of the wall panels can be selected? I want a different color house

A. Commonly, wall color is gray-white, if you want another color, then we can paint when the quantity is small, or we will have some colors for you to choose from if the quantity is large.

Q: To import your products, what are the importing documents required?

A. You need the customers clearance documents, such as packing list, commercial invoice, contract and something like this, when you take the goods from ports, we will send you all the related documents.
