Frame: Q355 steel structure is hot-dip galvanized and completed welding, coated with hot galvanized zinc 100g/m2+surface uses electrostatic powder treatment finish 100um. Q355 Steel is better than Q235, and with HDG treatment with powder spraying, it would keep the frame in high anti-corrosion.

Roof: For the roof, our cases is PU foaming (45kg/m3 which meets standard of PIR) which has high integrity for the airtightness which would be better than common EPS sandwich panel or glass wool as roof insulation.

Panel: For the sandwich panels, we remark with density and thickness of both sides of steel sheets, in the same time, you can find the treatment with Aluminum zinc magnesium AMZ galvanized 100g/m2 with PE baking finish 20/5um. which can last more than 25 years.

Advantages

1. Anti-rusty：Galvanized Steel Frame

A. We use hot dip galvanized Q235 steel for all the beams, columns, and purlins. It is high performance and anti-rust. Some factories only use electrolytic plate or black steel material, which will rust very easily.

B. We use 2.5mm galvanized steel (2.7mm after painting). Other factories only use 2.3mm steel (2.5mm after painting). This will easily bend when you hold and transfer it.

2. Large Space & Luxurious Decoration

A. Large space: Our standard outside size is 6x3x2.85 meters. The internal space of the unit is 5.83x2.875x2.6 meters. This is larger than most shipping containers which are only 2.4x6x2.35 meters.

B. Luxurious decoration: The steel structure is hidden inside the walls, the electric cables are hidden inside the ceiling, and there is also plastic corner hemming.

3. High Performance Drain System

Our units feature a four-side inner drain system. The bending piece with a slot and aqueduct, which are hidden in columns, work together to make water flow easily out. Even heavy rain won't clog this drainage system. Other factories’ drainage channels are small and the drains are easily blocked.

4. Strong Hanging Head

We use 3.5mm steel (3.7mm after painting) for the hanging head. It is very strong and ensures safety while lifting.

5. Durable Iron Ceiling

A. We use 0.426mm iron ceiling which is simple and durable.

B. Plastic hemming hides the electric cables inside.

6. Wave Tile For The Roof

We use 0.426mm wave tile. The tile is inserted into another tiles' wave which prevents the roof from leaking. The curved roof also makes drainage faster.

1. Do you provide on-site installation service?

1) Only large projects provide installation services

2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on customers’ request.

3) Installation supervision charge standard: 150USD/day, customer should responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff’s health and safety.

2.What’s your delivery time?

Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large order should communicate with order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45days after receive deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

Warranty is 3 years. Within the warranty period, HANGZHOU XIXI BUILDING CO., LTD will responsible for all quality problems caused by production.

5. If there is a clear service life of your products? If have, how long?

Under conventional climate and environment, steel structure whole building 10 years, main structure 15 years, protecting system 10 years.

6. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.

Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure.

High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
