FireProof Detachable Container House: Widely Applied in Construction and Mining Industries
Introduction
Fireproof Detachable Container Houses are rapidly gaining in popularity in the construction and mining industries due to their versatility and ability to offer a quick and economical solution to on-site accommodation. These innovative structures are prefabricated in factories and then shipped to the site where they can be assembled in less than a day. This article explores the features of FireProof Detachable Container House and how they have become an indispensable tool in the construction and mining industries.
Features of FireProof Detachable Container House
FireProof Detachable Container Houses are made of steel or aluminum frames, combined with fire-resistant sandwich panels. The components are prefabricated in a factory before being shipped to the site, where it will take less than a day to assemble. The walls are made of fire-resistant sandwich panels that have an excellent insulation coefficient, perfect for use in extreme weather conditions. The interior of a FireProof Detachable Container House can be customized to include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom depending on the client's requirements.
Versatility
The FireProof Detachable Container House is one of the most versatile structures in the construction and mining industry. Its versatility is evident in its ability to adapt to various terrains, weather conditions, and environments. These containers allow mining companies to build on sites that would otherwise be inaccessible due to exposure, harsh terrain, or lack of resources. They can be used to form mining camps on remote sites, reducing the cost of constructing traditional camps. They are also suitable for remote mining sites where on-site living quarters are required quickly.
Economy
The FireProof Detachable Container House offers an economical solution compared to traditional construction. Construction costs are greatly reduced because the structures are prefabricated in factories before being transported to site for assembly. There is no need for extensive site excavation or foundation works since the containers are pre-made from a steel frame. With the off-site construction of the units, the overall project timeline can be shortened, which translates to cost savings for clients.
Fire-proof
As the name suggests, FireProof Detachable Container Houses are designed to be fire-resistant. In a mining environment, fire can pose a significant threat since it can spread quickly and cause extensive damage. By using containers made with fire-resistant materials, the company can be assured of the safety of its workforce and its investments.
Durability
FireProof Detachable Container Houses are known for their durability. They are built to withstand extreme weather conditions and can last up to 20 years without needing repairs. The structures are made of high-quality steel or aluminum and are designed to withstand harsh environments. This means that in a mining environment where heavy machinery can cause impact damage, the FireProof Detachable Container Houses will withstand these impacts without cracking or being damaged.
Environmental Friendly
The construction and mining industries have had a bad reputation for causing environmental damage. FireProof Detachable Container Houses are an exception since they are environmentally friendly. The containers are made from recycled materials and can be recycled again once they have reached the end of their life cycle.
Conclusion
FireProof Detachable Container Houses have become an indispensable tool in the construction and mining industries. They offer an economical solution to on-site accommodation while offering the versatility, durability, efficiency, fire-resistance, and environmental-friendliness required in these industries. With the benefits of FireProof Detachable Container Houses highlighted in this article, it is clear to see why they are becoming an increasingly popular choice in these industries.
Installation
It takes around 10 working hours to install one unit detachable container house, all connections are by bolts and screws.

Finish the flooring.
After finished the roof and base of the FireProof Detachable Container House, the othe installation will be the same with our flatpack container house.
Production
We are top manufacture in China because we are:
Pioneer in this industry to provide for oversea projects. In Year 2007 we started to export flatpack container house, there’re only several competitors in China at that time. In Year 2011 we are the first batch to use FrameCAD machine and software to start the light gauge steel house business, and was the first one in China who can provide 70mm, 89mm and 140mm light gauge steel sections;
We created a unique flatpack container house system: the PU injected foaming container roof is patented; all frames assembling and welding are in the special jigs to make sure the correction of the dimensions and angles; all steel sections are customized cold rolled; all steel is galvanized…
We are the first one in this industry to use robot arms for welding.
