Fabrication

To make sure all steel members are well prefabricated, we are using advanced flame cutting machine to cut all steel plates into designed dimensions, then use submerged arc welding machine to full weld different pieces together into a H profile. we will adjust the H profile cause steel will get bended after welding, so our customized steel sections will be straight and accurate. then we will weld the connection parts and other small members manually and put the whole profile into shot blasting machine to clear the rusty. the last is to paint or do the galvanization to protect the steel memebers.

The whole fabrication progress is trictly following the national standards, we have QC to check the quality daily. we can provide US, EU or UK standard fabrication too.
