Product Introduction
Hangzhou Xixi Building CO., LTD(brand name is “CBC”) is a customized building solutions provider from China, based in Hangzhou since 2017, but our main staff have at least more than 10 Years working experiences in this industry and always being focused in oversea market. We are one of the pioneers to provider flatpack container house and light gauge steel villa in China since Year 2007. Since then, we created a unique flatpack roof system to use injected PU foam as core material, which solved the problem of balance between the tightness, the strength and the full prefabrication in factory. We are also the first one to use FrameCAD system to design and manufacture the light gauge steel villa in China, and now the new building solution is widely used and accepted by builders in AU, NZ, Chile, Philippine, PNG etc..

Multi-function buildings：
The light weight nature of the steel structure decides that, it can have more function choices like: long span steel construction at the podium level; extreme environment building which requires wind load/snow load/seismic resistant, etc.
A complete steel structure warehouses and factories is composed of several different functional systems, mainly including: structure system（including main structure, roof and purlin system, wall and beam system）,maintenance system ( including roof panel, wall panel, covering and floor deck), door and window system(including door and window), ventilating system (including clerestory system and ventilators), drainage system (including gutter, rain-spout and awning), etc.

Recyclability
When a steel-framed building is demolished, its components can be reused or circulated into the steel industry's closed-loop recycling system for meltdown and repurposing. Steel can be recycled endlessly without loss of properties. Steel saves the usage of natural raw resources around 30%.
More Space, Less Material
Steel’s ability to maximize space and internal width with the thinnest shell possible. Steel beam depths are around half of timber beams, offering greater usable space, fewer materials, and lower costs. This can be particularly relevant for heavily constrained sites, where steel’s space-saving properties can be the key to overcoming spatial challenges.
Cost-saving
It is inexpensive to manufacture and erection, it requires less maintenance than other traditional building methods. Steel frames won’t rot, splinter or become damaged by pests, and insurance companies typically charge substantially less on homeowner’s insurance for steel frames over timber frames.
