10 containers every daily is not a piece of cake, let me explain:

1-We need enough warehouse space and equipments;

2-We need more people to handle;

3-We need very good management system to organize all materials and

4-We need good workers to make every job right effeciently.

But fact is that we have only around 5000sqm warehouse area available, our packing team has only 8 workers. they have to sort out all materials for 10 containers, well packed accordingly to the loading dimensions designed previously, and excute the loading precisly.

Thanks to the mature packing method for our flatpack container house and steel structure warehouse, we can finish this job quickly.

1-We are using SOC packing for most of our flatpack container house projects, which means all materials for one unit of container house will be put into a self-owned box made by the container roof and container base, it will be also easy to sort out all materials onsite and save the installation time;

2-We have a standard steel frame pallet for sandwich wall panels and steel frames, but this will be very difficult to control the packing dimensions, it requires very good sense of size and long time of practice, so that our workers can combine all materials and small package into this pallet and save the loading space.

And to sum up: how many jobs our warehousing team have done daily(10 hours):

1-To pack and load 10*40HQ;

2-Means to pack and load one shipping container within one hour;

3-Means to pack and load 8-10 units of flatpack containers each hour;

4-Means to put 8-10 container roof and base together, use them to make a box and put all 14 pieces of sandwich wall panels, 4 pieces of post, one set of skirting and flashing, all connection parts into this self-owned box and fix it. make sure all are well protected, finish these within half hour then take another half hour to put them into a shipping container.

And they are keep doing this for half month.
