CBC flatpack container home is made by Q355 galvanized steel frame and long lifetime sandwich wall panels, the overall lifetime of our flatpack container home can reaches to 15~20 years even in some high wind or highly corrosive areas.

We prefabricated the container roof with injected PU foam, make the whole roof to be an integrated one piece other than combined by sandwich panels, so our container roof will have perfect tightness and higher strenght. we have also embedded all the electrical system into the roof, very convenient to connect the power supply from outside.

The container base is also finished in our workshop together with the plumbing pre-installed under the floor. we can also add extra insulation for projects in cold areas.
