Production

We have most advanced production line for the Plumbing Embedded Flat Pack Container Homes:

We are using robot arms to weld the main parts so all steel members are accurate;

We have electrostatic spraying which is automatically painting line, so the painting will last longer;

The PU injection device is unique cause this is our patented tech.

All of our workers have more than 10 years experience in this industry and most of them have worked in our production line for more than 10 years.

Packing and loading

We have two methods for packing: flat packing or SOC packing. 

We will pack the container roof and base together, and use steel rack to pack and protect the sandwich wall panels and other accessories. 

Or we will use the container roof and base to make a self-owned-container box, put all sandwich wall panels and other components into the box, so one unit is a box, very easy to sort out the materials onsite and no items will be missed. the SOC package can also stacked and use as long time storage in case the project is on hold, they can stack on the site ground for long time and will no get damaged or lost any component.
