This prefab container house is consisted by container chassis, container roof, and sandwich wall system.

 

The wall system is made of sandwich panel, core material will be EPS / Mineral wool / PU, etc., the thickness is from 50mm to 100mm, the steel sheets on both sides of the wall panel are made from colored steel (the Pattern can be optional). The container roof and floor are well prefabricated at our workshop, which made the installation more easier. The roof is made by galvanized steel frame with PU injected and foamed to be an integrated one piece, it has enhanced the air tightness, strength and water-resistance.

 

Our flatpack prefab container house is made according to the size of ISO standard shipping container (6058*2438*2591mm), it can be stacked to 2-3 floors and provide flexibility of space design both in horizontal and vertical. The Stairs, doors, windows, partition position and dimensions can be diversification, meet with detailed requirements from clients, and the interior decoration can be produced according to customer's demands. This product can be packaged collapsible, and one 40FT HQ containers can load 7 sets for transportation.

Installation of Prefab Container House

Install the posts, to join the roof and base together

 

Install the down pipes, we have built-in gutter in the roof beams, need to connect them for the water fall.

 

Use our unique divice to fix the wall panels, doors and windows are already embedded into the wall panel. also we need to connect the electrical system from the main line(goes through the roof pipe lines) to the electrical equipments. all conduits and wires are pre-installed in factory, only need to joint them onsite.
