Strong Material: All frame profiles are made of Q345B low-alloy carbon steel, cold-formed, high structural strength, light weight to reach economical price. All profiles are galvanized in 275g/sqm. After the full welding, polishing and painting, The anti-corrosion performance is super, service life will be >20 years, and the maintenance will not be needed under normal conditions for 10 years.

Accurate Connection: Both the container top frame and the bottom frame are full welded together. Only the columns need to be installed at the site. The connection rigidity is high and the strength is high, the installation is simple and quick, the construction time is reduced, and the diagonal size during installation and transportation is also protected from external forces.

Fast Installation: The Flat Pack Container Homes structure has been industrially designed and the factory and has been prefabricated to make the installation easier and faster because of strickly controlling of the quality. Normally, ordinary operators can get started after 1-2 days of training. Installation

Normally, it takes only 8 working hours to install one units of our flatpack container. all connections are by bolts, we have included all neccessary parts and tools inside the packages.

Install the posts, to join the roof and base together

 

Install the down pipes, we have built-in gutter in the roof beams, need to connect them for the water fall.

 

Use our unique divice to fix the wall panels, doors and windows are already embedded into the wall panel. also we need to connect the electrical system from the main line(goes through the roof pipe lines) to the electrical equipments. all conduits and wires are pre-installed in factory, only need to joint them onsite.

 

Install the enstrength rib(optional)

 

Install the skirtings. then finish the installation.
