20FT Prefab Flat Pack Container House is a kind of container house consists by container roof, container base, four columns and sandwich wall panels. We have prefabricated all above parts in our factory, so the container roof will be an integrated one piece with PU foam as insulation, with electrical system embedded and ready for connecting. The door and windows are pre-installed into the wall panel, conduits, cable, sockets and switches are also well pre-installed. Base is also well finished with floor deck and flooring, even plumbing is pre-set into the container base, only need to be connected to the outlets during installation.
We have standard 20ft size design in both empty for office space and with bathroom for living. They can also be combined together to meet with different space requirements, they can also be built in three floors to save land.
CBC flatpack cubic house is made by Q355 galvanized steel frame and long lifetime sandwich wall panels, the overall lifetime of our flatpack container home can reaches to 15~20 years even in some heavy wind or highly corrosive areas.

Packing and loading
We have two methods for packing the 20FT Prefab Flat Pack Container House: flat packing or SOC packing.
We will pack the container roof and base together, and use steel rack to pack and protect the sandwich wall panels and other accessories. Or we will use the container roof and base to make a self-owned-container box, put all sandwich wall panels and other components into the box, so one unit is a box, very easy to sort out the materials onsite and no items will be missed.
