40ft Flat Pack Container

40ft Flat Pack Container is combined by two units of standard 20ft flat pack container house. we will have all bolts and connection plates to join them together, will have T shape rubber for water proof, will have steel flashing cover and joint floor plate to decorate the jointments.

Advantages

Frame: Q355 steel structure is galvanized and completly welded, coated with electrostatic powder sparying in 100um. Q355 Steel is better than Q235, and with perfect treatment so it would keep the frame in high anti-corrosion, the lifetime of the container frames is 15~20 years.

Roof: For the roof, we inject PU foam (45kg/m3 which meets standard of PIR) which makes the container roof in high integrity for the airtightness, it's much better than common EPS sandwich panel or glass wool as roof insulation.

Wall: For the sandwich panels, the steel sheet on both sides are with treatments of Aluminum zinc magnesium AMZ galvanized 100g/m² plus PE baking finish in 20/5um. which can last more than 20 years.
