Product Introduction

Project Overview

1️⃣ Client: PT AMMAN Mineral Internasional (Indonesia)

2️⃣ Location: Remote island mining site, Indonesia

3️⃣ Scope: Construction of 6 identical two-storey modular camp buildings for workforce accommodation

4️⃣ Modular Units: CBC Standard Flatpack Container House

5️⃣ Dimensions: W 2,438 mm × L 6,000 mm × H 2,700 mm

6️⃣ Total units: 6 buildings × 80 units = 480 container houses

Layout per Building:

▶️ Two floors, each with 40 rooms (40 containers)

▶️ Rooms arranged in two back-to-back rows (20 + 20)

▶️Exterior corridors on both long sides (no internal corridor)

▶️Access via external steel stair towers at each end

Architectural Finish:

▶️Building exterior (container walls): Blue (RAL 5010)

▶️Corridors, stairs, handrails: Yellow (RAL 1021) with 300 µm protective paint system

▶️Roofing: Lightweight galvanized steel roof structure over entire building (mono-pitch or gable, ~5° slope)

Transport & Logistics:

🌏 4 flatpack containers bundled as 1 transport unit

🌏 2 bundles (8 containers) fit into 1 × 40-ft High Cube (HQ) shipping container

🌏 Total shipping volume: 480 ÷ 8 = 60 × 40-ft HQ containers, plus 15 x 40ft HQ for all Corridors, stairs, handrails, roof and sanitaries.

CBC-AMMAN Project

Project Advantages

✅ Rapid Deployment

CBC's flatpack design reduces transport volume by 75% vs. traditional containers

On-site assembly time: < 30 days per building with small crew

Parallel workstreams: foundation prep while modules arrive

✅ Proven Durability in Tropical Marine Environments

CBC units feature Z275 galvanized steel frames, PU foam insulation, and marine-grade seals

300 µm paint system on circulation elements exceeds ISO 12944 C5-M (marine corrosion class)

Roof and module integration prevents water ingress-critical for high-rainfall Indonesian islands

✅ Logistics Efficiency

8 units per 40-ft HQ container maximizes vessel space

Simplified customs clearance (standardized HS code for modular housing)

No heavy cranes needed-modules assembled with telehandlers

✅ Compliance & Comfort

Meets Indonesian SNI standards for temporary worker housing

Each room includes: insulated walls/roof, sliding window, door, electrical outlets, ceiling fan point, plumbing and electrical system;

Natural cross-ventilation via dual-aspect layout

✅ Scalability & Future Flexibility

Buildings can be disassembled and relocated

Additional modules easily integrated for camp expansion
