Roof cover: 1.2mm thickness steel plate well welded onto the frame

Roof insulation: 50mm glass wool

Floor: MOG board and PVC flooring

Door and window: included;

Electrical: finished in factory;

Plumbing and Sanitary: finished in factory;

Other fittings: skirting, flashing, ceiling, waterproof strips, bolts and nuts, silicon...all included.

Packing & Loading

One 40'HQ can load TWO units of this 20FT Expandable Container Homes.

We will fold the container house and make it fit to the 40HQ shipping container internal size, and slip into the shipping container for transportation.

Installation
