Technical conditions
A. General Technical Condition
1) The structure can prevent a 8-magnitude earthquake.
2) Designed seismic grouping is the first group, the site characteristic cycle is considered to be 0.45s, the construction site category is considered by Class III, and the damping ratio of steel structure is 0.05. The maximum αmax of the horizontal earthquake influence coefficient is 0.04, which is calculated by 5 years.
3) Structural safety level is grade 2. The coefficient of importance is 1.0.
4) Conner fitting elevation plus or minus zero.
B. Materials
Normally, steel beams, steel columns, purlin are all used Q235B cold bended galvanized or painted steel frame

C. Calculation of Wind loading
According to the 15 Designed durable years, the basic wind pressure of wind loading is W0=0.3KN/m2

Expandable Container House are designed to carry heavy wind and snow loads. They are also designed to resist harsh environments, such as salty, heavy rain, hot weather…strong cold rolled Q345 steel after galvanization and painting are anti rusty and can last long in these conditions; insulated roof and wall panels can protect from heat or cold.
b. Modular
All Expandable Container House are the same width and most have two standard length measurements which are 20ft and 40ft. This simplifies design, planning and transport. As they are already designed to interlock for ease of mobility during transportation, also embedded all plumbing and electrical system in the factory, structural construction is completed by simply emplacing them.
c. Low on-site cost
As mainly parts are finished and equipped already in the factory such: frame connecting, wall and roof insulation, doors, plumbing, electrical system...it minimized the installation requirements and the installation time so the installation cost is much lower.

Q. Are the electricity and water system are finished installation in factory? Are the wires go inside the wall panels?
A. Yes, both electricity and water system are installed in factory, you just need to connect water supply locally, the connector is in the back of the house. All the wires are hidden inside walls.
