We have 28sqm(one bedroom with bathroom and kitchen) and 43sqm(two bedroom with bathroom and kitchen) layout, they are most popular for a simple low cost living.
Structural System
The steel frame is Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel, wind load can reaches to 200km/h. snow loading is 0.5kn/sqm and floor loading is 2.0kn/sqm.
We have PU foam insulation for the whole house including in floor and roof system as well as in wall system, so the sound insulation value reaches to 60db.

The tiny house has a comfortable & roomy living room furnished with a dining table.
