Update Of The 4-Storey Hotel Project in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

This project is a 4-storey hotel located in Port Moresby, the capital city of Papua New Guinea, which integrates accommodation and supporting parking functions, with clear positioning and complete supporting facilities.

The key parameters of the project are as follows: the total structural steel consumption is about 700 tons, the total building area reaches 12,000 square meters, and the hotel is equipped with 120 guest rooms to meet the accommodation needs of different groups of people. The ground floor of the project is designed as a high-ceiling parking lot, providing more than 70 parking spaces, which effectively solves the parking demand of the hotel and its surrounding areas.

In terms of the project schedule, the design work officially started in early 2023, and the production plan was confirmed at the end of 2024 after multiple rounds of demonstration and review. By the end of April 2025, all steel structures of the project were successfully shipped from CBC's Hangzhou factory to the project site. Up to now, the structural installation work of the project is nearing completion, and the project is progressing steadily as planned.
