Business Trip in Chile, Finished Project Review

To sum up my first two days in Chile:

1-Fabulous snow peaks around Santiago, specially under the sunset, makes me eagely wants to do hiking & skiting, but still trying to figue out my schedule and the right chance;

2-Three meetings with some contractors & architectures, the demands here are much much bigger than expected. though people are more likely to accept brick & concrete house or even timber house, but steel framing house will be the future. colleagues here are taking serious thinking about our solutions and wants to have a try as soon as possible;

3-Have visited a finished house project(in Year 2021) in Renaca area, Valparaiso, talked with the house owner Jessica, both the contractor and the house owner satisfied with our solution and the materials provided. Jessica told me the light gauge steel house in two floors is very durable, very good insulation and sound proof, easy to put things onto the walls, the finishing is beyond her expectation, the most amazing thing is that she can move in after a very short time construction, much better than traditional way of building.

4-We had very good time in the coast areas, had very good seafood lunch in the Yach club in very reasonable price, highly recommend this place;

5-I am also impressed by the infrastructures in Santiago city, but out of the city along the way to Valparaiso is not so good, lots of old houses, small houses in big communities, the city of Valparaiso is like San Francisco but yet to be developed, so there will be huge demand of houses as well as other infrastructures, urban plans...

Till now, very happy and more confident with our business in Chile.
