Advantages

Expandable Container House are designed to carry heavy wind and snow loads. They are also designed to resist harsh environments, such as salty, heavy rain, hot weather…strong cold rolled Q345 steel after galvanization and painting are anti rusty and can last long in these conditions; insulated roof and wall panels can protect from heat or cold.

All Expandable Container House are the same width and most have two standard length measurements which are 20ft and 40ft. This simplifies design, planning and transport. As they are already designed to interlock for ease of mobility during transportation, also embedded all plumbing and electrical system in the factory, structural construction is completed by simply emplacing them.
c. Low on-site cost
As mainly parts are finished and equipped already in the factory such: frame connecting, wall and roof insulation, doors, plumbing, electrical system...it minimized the installation requirements and the installation time so the installation cost is much lower.
