Product Introduction

CBC has completed the Iriga Project, which is located in the southern part of Manila in early 2019 and is a steel structure project with specific specifications and clear usage. The overall dimensions of the project are 66 meters in length, 18 to 24 meters in width, and 7.8 meters in height. It is equipped with a 5-meter-high, 5-ton European standard crane to meet the operational needs of the project. Notably, the project does not include wall panels, doors or windows, as it is specifically used for the production of precast cement panels.

In terms of design standards, the project adopts strict requirements to adapt to the local environment: the design wind speed reaches 270 kph, and it is designed to resist 8-degree earthquakes, ensuring the safety and stability of the steel structure under extreme weather and geological conditions. In the design and calculation stage, CBC used 3D3S software to conduct detailed structural calculations and compile a comprehensive structural analysis report. The report was then submitted to a qualified local designer for review and approval, fully complying with local construction standards and regulations, which fully reflects CBC's professional strength and rigorous attitude in overseas steel structure projects.
